NewTimeSpace News: Hans Group Holdings announced on 10 August that Xinruizhou, its indirectly‑held 92%‑owned subsidiary, has entered into an EPC contract for a liquefied hydrocarbon storage project with China National Chemical Engineering No.11 Construction Co., Ltd., at a provisional contract price of RMB157.6 million (approximately HK$182.5 million).

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 August 2026, Hans Group Holdings (00554.HK) announced that Xinruizhou, its subsidiary in which the Group holds an indirect 92% equity interest, has entered into an EPC contract with China National Chemical Engineering No.11 Construction Co., Ltd. for a liquefied hydrocarbon storage project, with a provisional contract price of RMB157.6 million (approximately HK$182.5 million).

According to the announcement, the project covers construction works including two 3,000‑cubic‑metre propylene spherical storage tanks, four 3,000‑cubic‑metre LPG spherical storage tanks and one 48,000‑cubic‑metre butane storage tank. The construction period runs from 10 August 2026 to 9 August 2027.
