China Hongqiao Group Limited (01378.HK): Proposed Early Redemption of USD330 Million 7.05% Senior Unsecured Notes

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 August 2026, China Hongqiao Group Limited (01378.HK) announced that the Company has notified the trustee and noteholders to fully redeem the USD330 million 7.05% senior unsecured notes maturing in 2028 in advance on 11 September 2026. The redemption price shall be calculated as 100% of the principal amount of the notes plus applicable premium and accrued and unpaid interest. As of the date of the announcement, the total outstanding principal of the notes stood at USD330 million.

China Hongqiao Group Limited stated that internal resources will be utilised to settle the redemption price. Upon completion of the redemption, all redeemed notes will be cancelled and delisted from the official list of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
