Wang Meishan was appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative on the same effective date.

According to the announcement, Wang Meishan is a practising certified public accountant and fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, with more than 15 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance affairs.
