GME GROUP (08188.HK): Subsidiary Secures 7 Infrastructure Works Contracts with Aggregate Value of Approximately HKD 195 Million

NewTimeSpace News: GME Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 08188) issued a voluntary announcement on August 7, stating that from late July 2026 up to the date of this announcement, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, GME Engineering Company Limited, has been awarded (i) three infrastructure works construction contracts for Hung Shui Kiu under the Northern Metropolis, with an aggregate contract value of approximately HKD 38 million; and (ii) four infrastructure works construction contracts for SKYTOPIA, with an aggregate contract value of approximately HKD 157 million. The aggregate contract value of the construction works is approximately HKD 195 million.

According to the announcement, the construction works have commenced and are expected to be completed within approximately three months to two years from their respective commencement dates.

The Board declared that the Group has not made any profit forecast or projection in respect of the awarded construction contracts, and reminded shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares.
