LITIAN PICTURES (09958.HK): Wong Chi Keung and Lin Mingwei Resign as Executive Directors, Yu Ping Appointed
NewTimeSpace News: Litian Pictures Holdings Limited (stock code: 09958) announced on August 7 that Mr. Wong Chi Keung and Mr. Lin Mingwei have resigned as executive directors, and Ms. Yu Ping has been appointed as executive director, all with effect from August 7, 2026.
According to the announcement, Mr. Wong and Mr. Lin resigned as executive directors as they intended to devote more time to the development of their personal careers. Both have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters in respect of their resignations that need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders and the Stock Exchange. The Board took this opportunity to express its deep gratitude to Mr. Wong and Mr. Lin for their valuable contributions to the Group during their tenures as executive directors.
Ms. Yu, aged 39, worked at Beijing Hengtian Fortune Investment Management Co., Ltd. from 2013 to 2023, where she was responsible for the overall operation of the group, promoting cross-departmental business synergy, coordinating the overall business layout of the group's entities, continuously integrating resources and optimizing the group's asset structure, and identifying business growth opportunities. She graduated from South China University of Technology, majoring in financial management and practice. Ms. Yu has entered into a three-year service agreement with the Company and is entitled to an annual salary of HKD 50,000, as determined by the Board upon the recommendation of the remuneration committee and with reference to her duties and current market conditions. Her term of office will last until the next annual general meeting of the Company, after which she will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the Company's articles of association.
