LONGCHEER (09611.HK): Debt Financing Instruments Registration Accepted by NAFMII, Registered Amount RMB 3 Billion with 2-Year Validity

NewTimeSpace News: LONGCHEER (09611.HK) announced that NAFMII has accepted the registration of the Company's debt financing instruments (Zhongshixiezhu [2026] PDFI26), with a registered amount of RMB 3 billion valid for two years and underwritten by Industrial Bank; the Company may issue ultra short-term commercial papers, short-term commercial papers, medium-term notes and perpetual notes in tranches within the validity period.

(stock code: 09611) announced on August 8 that the Company has received a Notice of Acceptance of Registration from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) (Document No. Zhongshixiezhu [2026] PDFI26), under which NAFMII has decided to accept the registration of the Company's debt financing instruments. The registered amount is RMB 3 billion, valid for two years from the date of the notice, with Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. acting as the lead underwriter.

According to the announcement, the Company's fourth session of the Board of Directors resolved at its 17th meeting on June 1, 2026, and the second extraordinary shareholders' meeting on June 22, 2026 approved the proposal to apply for the registration and issuance of debt financing instruments with an aggregate amount of no more than RMB 3 billion (inclusive). Within the validity period of the registration, the Company may issue ultra short-term commercial papers, short-term commercial papers, medium-term notes and perpetual notes in tranches, and shall determine the lead underwriter, product type, issue size and tenor for each tranche, and disclose the issuance results through channels recognized by NAFMII upon completion of issuance.
