China Resources Gas (01193.HK): Completes Issuance of RMB2.5 Billion 3rd Series Medium-Term Notes

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 August 2026, China Resources Gas (01193.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Resources Gas Investment (China) had completed the domestic issuance of the third series of medium-term notes with a total principal of RMB2.5 billion. Of the total, RMB1.5 billion carries a 3-year tenor with an annual coupon rate of 1.57%, and the remaining RMB1 billion has a 5-year tenor with an annual coupon rate of 1.70%.

The announcement stated that the net proceeds from the issuance will be used to replace bank loans previously repaid with internal capital.
