EDDING GENOR (06998.HK): First subject dosed in Phase Ib/II trial of trispecific antibody GB268 for breast cancer

NewTimeSpace News: Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 06998) published a voluntary announcement, announcing that the first subject has been successfully dosed on 5 August 2026 in the Phase Ib/II clinical trial of GB268, the Company's highly differentiated innovative PD-1/CTLA-4/VEGF trispecific antibody, for the treatment of locally advanced unresectable or metastatic breast cancer, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer.

The study comprises monotherapy, immuno-combination chemotherapy and immuno-combination antibody-drug conjugate regimens, with primary endpoints of evaluating the safety and tolerability of GB268 combination therapy (including dose-limiting toxicities (DLT)) and the preliminary anti-tumour activity of GB268 as monotherapy and in combination with different regimens in the corresponding breast cancer populations. The clinical protocol spans the full-course stages of first-line and later-line treatment, and the Company also plans to conduct multiple combination clinical studies in more advanced solid tumour indications in the future.

Phase I monotherapy data of GB268 are planned to be presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) congress in the fourth quarter of 2026.
