HANHUA HOLDING(03903.HK): Company Name Change Completed; Share Short Names Updated Simultaneously

NewTimeSpace News: Hanhua Holding Co., Ltd. (03903.HK) announced that the industrial and commercial registration for name change has been completed. Its Chinese name was changed from "瀚华金控股份有限公司" to "瀚华控股股份有限公司", and English name from "Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd." to "Hanhua Holding Co., Ltd.". Effective from 10 August 2026, the English share short name will be updated to "HANHUA HOLDING" and the Chinese short name to "瀚华控股". The stock code remains "3903" unchanged.

NewTimeSpace News: Hanhua Holding Co., Ltd. (03903.HK) released an announcement on 5 August 2026. The Company completed industrial and commercial registration for name change on 29 June 2026 and obtained a new business licence issued by Chongqing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. It also obtained the Certificate of Registration of Change of Name for Non‑Hong‑Kong Companies from the Companies Registry of Hong Kong on 24 July 2026.

With effect from 9:00 a.m. on 10 August 2026, the English share short name will be changed from "HANHUA FIN" to "HANHUA HOLDING", and the Chinese short name from "瀚华金控" to "瀚华控股". The stock code remains "3903". The corporate logo has also been updated accordingly.

Existing share certificates will remain valid. No arrangement will be made for exchange of new share certificates. New share certificates will be issued under the Company’s new name. The Company’s shares have been suspended from trading since 27 March 2025 and will remain suspended.
