Based on review of the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six‑month period ended 30 June 2026, the Group expects to achieve net profit of about RMB86 million to RMB93 million, as compared with net profit of approximately RMB56.4 million in the same period of 2025, representing year‑on‑year increase of 52.6% to 65.0%.

The Board believes that the live‑streaming e‑commerce business kept evolving during the interim period. Multi‑platform matrix live‑streaming rooms have been further optimised, and vertical‑segment live‑streaming capabilities have been continuously enhanced.
