CHINA OCEAN GP(08047.HK): Receives HKEX Decision on Cancellation of Listing Status; Shares to Be Delisted on 17 August

NewTimeSpace News: China Ocean Group Development Limited (08047.HK) released an announcement on 4 August 2026. The Company received a HKEX‑dated letter of 31 July 2026. Following deliberation on 30 July 2026, the Listing Committee resolved to cancel the Company’s listing status under Rule 9.14A of the GEM Listing Rules, on the grounds that the Company failed to fulfil all resumption guidance and trading in its shares remains suspended. The final listing date for the shares shall be 14 August 2026, and the listing status will be cancelled at 9:00 a.m. on 17 August 2026.

Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the Company’s management has submitted an application to refer the decision to the Listing Review Committee for review. The outcome of the review remains uncertain. The shares have been suspended from trading since 2 July 2025 and will remain suspended.
