BOILLHEALTHCARE(01246.HK): Listing Status to Be Cancelled with Effect from 7 August

NewTimeSpace News: The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited issued a notice on 5 August 2026, announcing that the listing status of Boill Healthcare Holdings Limited (01246.HK) shall be cancelled in accordance with Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, taking effect at 9:00 a.m. on 7 August 2026.

The Company’s shares have been suspended from trading since 25 July 2024. Under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, HKEX is entitled to delist the Company if it fails to resume trading on or before 24 January 2026. The Company failed to satisfy the resumption guidance and achieve resumption within the prescribed time‑limit.

The Listing Committee resolved to cancel the Company’s listing status on 13 February 2026. The Company filed a review application with the Listing Review Committee on 27 February 2026, which upheld the delisting decision on 12 May 2026. The Company applied for leave for judicial review to the High Court on 3 June 2026, and the High Court dismissed the application on 3 July 2026.
