TS WONDERS(01767.HK): Change in Use of Remaining IPO Proceeds, Approximately HK$5.70 Million for Capacity Expansion
NewTimeSpace News: TS Wonders Holding Limited (01767.HK) issued an announcement on 4 August 2026 disclosing the change in use of proceeds from its share offer.
As shown in the announcement, the net proceeds from the initial public offering stood at approximately HK$66.80 million. As of the date of this announcement, around HK$61.10 million had been utilised, leaving approximately HK$5.70 million unused. After careful consideration of the Group’s latest business development, operational requirements and prevailing market conditions, the Board resolved to re‑allocate the unused proceeds for the purchase of plant premises and equipment to further expand production capacity for existing nut and potato‑chip product lines.
The Board is of the view that compared with the original intended use for workforce expansion, such reallocation will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of proceeds utilisation and is in the overall best interests of the Company and its shareholders. It will not materially and adversely affect the Group’s business operations, financial position or prospects. The Company expects the unused proceeds to be fully utilised by 31 December 2027.
