NewTimeSpace News: August 04, 2026, HARBOUR CENTRE(00051.HK) released its Interim Report for the period ended December 31, 2026, Total Revenue stood at HKD 705 million, increased by 7.8% YoY; Net Profit stood at loss of HKD 103 million, loss narrowed by 51.18% YoY; Profit Attributable to Shareholders stood at loss of HKD 82 million, loss narrowed by 58.79% YoY; Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at loss of HKD 0.12.

In terms of profitability, HARBOUR CENTRE Gross Profit changed from HKD 329 million in the same period last year to HKD 387 million in the current period, increased by HKD 58 million; gross profit margin changed from 50.31% in the same period last year to 54.89% in the current period, increased by 4.59 percentage points; net profit changed from loss of HKD 211 million in the same period last year to loss of HKD 103 million in the current period, increased by HKD 108 million; net profit margin changed from -32.26% in the same period last year to -14.61% in the current period, increased by 17.65 percentage points.

In terms of earnings quality, HARBOUR CENTRE Operating Profit changed from HKD 125 million in the same period last year to HKD 175 million in the current period, increased by HKD 50 million; Operating Profit Margin changed from 19.11% in the same period last year to 24.82% in the current period, increased by 5.71 percentage points.

In terms of financial soundness, HARBOUR CENTRE Debt-to-Asset Ratio changed from 8.64% in the same period last year to 8.26% in the current period, decreased by 0.38 percentage points; Total Equity changed from HKD 14.7 billion in the same period last year to HKD 15.132 billion in the current period, increased by HKD 432 million; Current Liabilities changed from HKD 838 million in the same period last year to HKD 771 million in the current period, decreased by HKD 67 million; Quick Ratio changed from 0.83 in the same period last year to 1.42 in the current period, increased by 0.59 percentage points.
