Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment (02582.HK): Completes H-share Full Circulation

NewTimeSpace News: On August 3, 2026,Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment(02582.HK) announced that the procedures for converting 18,416,758 domestic shares into H-shares were completed on the date. The converted H-shares will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on August 4, 2026.

According to the announcement, upon completion of the conversion, the number of domestic shares ofJiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipmentdecreased from 25,222,843 to 6,806,085, with its proportion in the total issued shares falling from 19.91% to 5.37%. Meanwhile, H-shares increased from 101,448,796 to 119,865,554, and the corresponding proportion rose from 80.09% to 94.63%.
