EVERGREEN PG (01962.HK): Appoints Ms. Wang Suying as Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: Evergreen Products Group Limited (01962.HK) announced on July 31, 2026, that Ms. Wang Suying has been appointed as Executive Director with effect from August 1, 2026.

Ms. Wang, aged 42, currently serves as Senior Manager of the Company, primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of wigs, wig accessories, and other products. Ms. Wang joined the Group in 2007 and served as Senior Manager from August 2017 until her departure in July 2021. Prior to rejoining the Group in April 2025, she worked at a technology and manufacturing company from April 2024 to April 2025, responsible for sales and marketing activities. Ms. Wang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2006.

Ms. Wang will enter into a letter of appointment for a term of three years. She is not entitled to receive director's fees for serving as Executive Director, but is entitled to receive share awards, share options, and discretionary bonuses, and will receive a monthly salary of HK$95,000 under her existing employment contract. As at the date of this announcement, Ms. Wang is interested in 116,000 shares of the Company.
