TRISTATE HOLD (00458.HK): Chief Financial Controller Chan Man Ying Resigns; Leung Wai Yee Appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative
NewTimeSpace News: Tristate Holdings Limited (00458.HK) announced that Ms. Chan Man Ying has resigned as the Group’s Chief Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective 29 July 2026. Ms. Leung Wai Yee has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect on the same date. Ms. Chan confirmed there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors.
NewTimeSpace News: Tristate Holdings Limited (00458.HK) issued an announcement on 29 July 2026. Ms. Chan Man Ying has resigned as the Group’s Chief Financial Controller, Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and Authorised Representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective 29 July 2026. Ms. Chan confirmed that there exists no disagreement with the Board.
Ms. Leung Wai Yee has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, taking effect on the same date. Joining the Group in 2023, Ms. Leung currently serves as Head of the Company Secretarial Department. She possesses extensive experience in company secretarial practice and corporate compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a member of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
Following Ms. Chan’s resignation as Chief Financial Controller, relevant financial functions will continue to be undertaken by the Group’s Hong Kong financial reporting team led by a Financial Vice President of the Group.
