NewTimeSpace News: On 29 July 2026, Tristate Holdings(00311.HK) issued an announcement stating that Ms. Chan Man Ying has resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Authorised Representative for the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and Authorised Representative under Part 16 of the Listing Rules, with effect from 29 July 2026.
