NewTimeSpace News: On 28 July 2026, China Wantian Holdings Limited (01854.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. Shenzhen Wantian Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Hunan Xingchen General Robot Co., Ltd. on 28 July 2026. Both parties will carry out strategic cooperation in embodied AI robot products, government-oriented embodied AI open scene centres, urban governance, public services, smart government affairs and other fields.
Xingchen Robotics is a supplier of full-stack embodied AI technologies and robot hardware solutions, owning proprietary technologies covering robot perception, motion planning and control, as well as multimodal decision-making systems. Cooperation covers product supply and technical collaboration, marketing and brand cooperation, implementation of application scenarios and solution development, together with exploration of business models.
The Company stated that the cooperation facilitates its expansion in the AI and robotics industry and accelerates the commercialisation of advanced robotic technologies. The framework agreement does not create substantial rights and obligations. Specific cooperation matters require further negotiation and execution of formal agreements.
