NewTimeSpace News: On 28 July 2026, Pinestone Capital Limited (00804.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that the Company is currently in discussions regarding strategic cooperation with Shanghai Fuquan Technology Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Fuquan is a high-tech enterprise focusing on full-link optimisation of AI inference and domestic token optimisation factories, boasting core technological strengths including heterogeneous computing cluster scheduling and adaptation to domestic hardware ecosystems.

The two parties intend to establish a strategic partnership covering the construction of AI computing infrastructure, collaboration within the domestic computing power ecosystem and implementation of AI applications. By combining the Company’s capital operation capabilities and the potential partner’s technological advantages, both sides will jointly explore investments in new-generation domestic AI computing power across vertical industries and build a closed-loop ecosystem featuring "technology + capital + industry". The Board believes the cooperation will facilitate the Company’s entry into the high-growth AI computing power track. The potential cooperation can only be implemented upon signing definitive transaction agreements and may not proceed.
