Mega Genomics Limited(06667.HK): Change of Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent

NewTimeSpace News: Mega Genomics Limited announced on 27 July that Mr. Wu Ka Chi has resigned as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent due to personal work arrangements, with effect from 27 July. Mr. Ho Wai Lok has been appointed to succeed him in all the aforesaid roles, effective the same date.

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 July 2026, Mega Genomics Limited(06667.HK) issued an announcement. Mr. Wu Ka Chi, the Company Secretary, tendered his resignation from the offices of Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent for personal work arrangements, effective 27 July. He confirmed there exists no disagreement between himself and the Board of Directors.

On the same date, Mr. Ho Wai Lok was appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent. In addition, the Company’s principal place of business in Hong Kong has been relocated to Flat 17, 6/F, Hershey Centre, 63 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with effect from 27 July 2026.
