INNOCARE (09969.HK): Phase III Trial of Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) for Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis Meets Primary Endpoint

Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488), a potent and highly selective TYK2 allosteric inhibitor independently developed by the Company, achieved positive results in its Phase III registration clinical trial for patients suffering from moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The trial met the primary endpoint with statistical significance and demonstrated clinically meaningful improvements. Multiple secondary endpoints were also achieved with consistent performance across all efficacy evaluation parameters. Its safety profile remains consistent with earlier studies, and no new safety signals were observed.

Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease. There is an urgent market demand for oral therapies featuring potent efficacy, long-term disease control and favourable safety profiles. Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) binds to the TYK2 JH2 domain to block signal transduction of cytokine receptors such as IL-23 and IL-12.
