Anhui Expressway(00995.HK): Plans to Issue Corporate Bonds of Up to RMB 800 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Anhui Expressway disclosed in an announcement dated 27 July that, pursuant to the approval granted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Board of Directors intends to publicly offer Phase I 2026 corporate bonds to professional investors in mainland China with an aggregate principal amount not exceeding RMB 800 million. Tranche 1 carries a 3-year tenor, and Tranche 2 has a 5-year tenor.

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 July 2026, Anhui Expressway (00995.HK) issued an announcement. The Company plans to launch its Phase I 2026 corporate bond offering with a total principal value capped at RMB 800 million, split into two tranches: Tranche 1 with a 3-year maturity and Tranche 2 with a 5-year maturity. The bonds have a par value and offering price of RMB 100 each, no credit enhancement facilities, and will be offered solely to professional investors.

The subscription period will run from 29 July to 30 July 2026, and the offering results will be published on 30 July. Upon completion of the issuance, the Company will apply for a listing of the bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE).
