HBM Holdings(02142.HK): Strategic Cooperation Established with Sinopharm Group
NewTimeSpace News: On July 27, 2026, HBM Holdings(02142.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Sinopharm Group. The two parties will set up an innovation consortium to carry out R&D collaboration covering the full life cycle of innovative biologic drugs, with strategic focus on therapeutic areas including oncology, immunity and inflammation.
Pursuant to the agreement, HBM Holdings will leverage its globally leading fully human antibody technology platform Harbour Mice® and AI-empowered R&D capabilities for the discovery and optimization of antibody candidate molecules, including target validation, lead antibody identification and optimization, antibody format design and antibody engineering. Sinopharm Group will contribute its expertise in clinical trials, large-scale manufacturing and commercialization, undertaking process development for commercial-scale production, clinical material manufacturing and product commercialization. The two parties will jointly bear R&D costs and share product rights and interests as agreed.
