It is a first-in-class dual-loaded ADC targeting CEACAM5, conjugated with Exatecan (TOPOi) and a proprietary ATR inhibitor at an optimized molar ratio. The agent exerts synergistic anti-tumor effects by simultaneously triggering DNA damage and blocking DNA repair pathways, and can effectively overcome drug resistance observed in conventional TOPOi ADCs.
