NewTimeSpace News: On July 27, 2026, IMPACT Therapeutics(07630.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company has nominated IMP3201 as a preclinical candidate compound. It is a first-in-class dual-loaded ADC targeting CEACAM5, conjugated with Exatecan (TOPOi) and a proprietary ATR inhibitor at an optimized molar ratio. The agent exerts synergistic anti-tumor effects by simultaneously triggering DNA damage and blocking DNA repair pathways, and can effectively overcome drug resistance observed in conventional TOPOi ADCs.

As revealed in the announcement, this candidate drug will be developed for the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies including colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
