NewTimeSpace News: On 24 July 2026, MOG Digitech(01942.HK) released an inside information announcement. Based on preliminary review of the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the five months ended 31 May 2026 and other information available to the Board, the Group anticipates an unaudited consolidated net loss attributable to owners of the Company of no less than approximately RMB30 million. Accordingly, the Group is expected to post a net loss attributable to owners of the Company for H1 2026, versus a net profit of around RMB1.9 million recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.

The anticipated loss mainly stems from a substantial drop in the Group’s revenue and gross profit, driven by the following factors: fierce competition in the PRC market resulting in a significant fall in revenue of the digital payment solutions business segment; insufficient capital within the financing services business to provide working capital liquidity to customers; reduced purchase rebates squeezing gross profit of the optical product retail, franchising and licensing management segment.

The Group expects to publish its interim results announcement by the end of August 2026.
