NewTimeSpace News: On 24 July 2026, HBM Holdings Limited (02142.HK) released a positive profit alert. Based on preliminary review of unaudited management accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group expects revenue to range from approximately USD120 million (HK$941 million) to USD125 million (HK$980 million), compared with USD101 million in the same period of last year. Expected profit stands between USD62 million (HK$486 million) and USD67 million (HK$525 million), while total adjusted profit is anticipated to reach USD70 million–USD75 million.
Revenue growth and profitable scale are mainly attributable to the following factors: sustained strategic cooperation with world-leading multinational pharmaceutical companies, such as the long-term strategic partnership with AstraZeneca and global collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb; out-licensing and collaboration of innovative assets, including the licensing deal with Solstice Oncology and milestone payments triggered by progress of previous out-licensed programmes; robust expansion of antibody-related businesses at NovamAb, comprising income generated from antibody transactions and antibody discovery services.
