Its shareholding increased from roughly 42.65% to around 42.76%.
NewTimeSpace News: On 23 July 2026, Natural Food International Holdings Limited (01837.HK) released a voluntary announcement. Between 3 July 2026 and 23 July 2026, Natural Capital, the controlling shareholder, acquired a total of 2,264,000 shares on the open market with its own funds at an average price of approximately HK$1.6878 per share. Natural Capital is indirectly wholly-owned by the trustee of Paddy Aroma Trust, a family trust set up by Mr. Zhang Zejun, the Founder, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Immediately prior to the share purchase, Natural Capital held an aggregate of 933.5 million shares, representing approximately 42.65% of the total issued shares. Following this share increase, Natural Capital holds 935.764 million shares, equivalent to about 42.76% of the total issued shares.
The Company stated that it continues to comply with the minimum public float requirements under the Listing Rules after the share acquisition. The controlling shareholder does not rule out the possibility of further share purchases at appropriate junctures.
