With the approval of the State Administration of Financial Regulation and the People's Bank of China, the Company issued perpetual capital bonds totaling RMB 10 billion on the National Interbank Bond Market on July 21, 2026, and finished the issuance on July 23.
According to the announcement, the coupon rate of this tranche of bonds stands at 1.90% for the initial five years and will be reset every five years starting from the payment deadline. The issuer holds a conditional call right on interest payment dates from the fifth year onwards. The proceeds raised will be used to supplement Tier 2 Core Capital, boost solvency capacity and support the sustained and steady development of business.
