NewTimeSpace News:CFMEE (09630.HK) announced that the stabilisation period in relation to its global offering ended on 23 July 2026. The stabilisation manager over-allotted a total of 1,925,750 offer shares in the international offering, representing approximately 15.0% of the initial offer shares available under the global offering. The over-allotment option was fully exercised on 10 July 2026. No H Shares were traded in the market for stabilisation purposes during the stabilisation period.

The stabilisation manager over-allotted an aggregate of 1,925,750 offer shares in the international offering, accounting for roughly 15.0% of the initial offer shares available for subscription under the global offering. The joint global co-ordinator fully exercised the over-allotment option in respect of 1,925,750 H Shares at HK$252.73 per share on 10 July 2026. Throughout the stabilisation period, the stabilisation manager did not conduct any trading of H Shares in the market to stabilise the share price.
