MEXAN (00022.HK): Chairman Lun Yiu Ki Steps Down; Law Hok Yu Appointed Chairman of Executive Committee
NewTimeSpace News: MEXAN (00022.HK) announced that Mr. Lun Yiu Ki has resigned as Chairman, Executive Director and Authorised Representative to focus on other business commitments, effective 22 July 2026. Executive Director Mr. Law Hok Yu has been re-appointed as Chairman of the Executive Committee. Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Chan Wai Yan is appointed as Authorised Representative.
NewTimeSpace News: On 22 July 2026, MEXAN (00022.HK) issued an announcement. Mr. Lun Yiu Ki tendered his resignation as Chairman, Executive Director, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee, effective 22 July 2026, in order to devote more time to other business arrangements. Mr. Lun confirmed that there exists no disagreement with the Board of Directors.
Following Mr. Lun’s resignation, Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Chan Wai Yan has been appointed as Authorised Representative with effect from 22 July 2026. In respect of board committees, Executive Director Mr. Law Hok Yu is re-designated as Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Li Ching Yee is re-designated as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
