Located in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, the project is required to commence construction by end-December 2026 and achieve grid connection upon completion by end-December 2028.

Zhejiang Zhongguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the Group’s indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary, recently obtained the Shortlisting Notice from Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission, confirming its successful bid for the first batch of standalone concentrating solar power (CSP) projects in 2026.
The project is situated in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. Under requirements, construction shall start no later than end-December 2026, and the facility shall be completed and connected to the power grid by end-December 2028.
The Board believes the successful bid recognises the Group’s technical capabilities in the CSP sector.
