NewTimeSpace News: HXTL (01085.HK) announced that Zhejiang Zhongguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary, has received a Shortlisting Notice issued by Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission and successfully secured the bid for the first batch of standalone concentrating solar power (CSP) projects of 2026. Located in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, the project is required to commence construction by end-December 2026 and achieve grid connection upon completion by end-December 2028.
NewTimeSpace News: On 21 July 2026, HXTL (01085.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. Zhejiang Zhongguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the Group’s indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary, recently obtained the Shortlisting Notice from Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission, confirming its successful bid for the first batch of standalone concentrating solar power (CSP) projects in 2026.
The project is situated in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. Under requirements, construction shall start no later than end-December 2026, and the facility shall be completed and connected to the power grid by end-December 2028.
The Board believes the successful bid recognises the Group’s technical capabilities in the CSP sector. It will further strengthen the Group’s market competitiveness and sustainable development capacity within the industry, supporting long-term profitability and strategic deployment. The Company reminds investors that the formal contract has not yet been signed as at the date of announcement. Project progress is subject to various factors and entails uncertainties.
