IMPACT THERAP-B (07630.HK): Clinical Data of Senaparib, IMP1734 and IMP1707 Accepted for Poster Presentations at ESMO Congress 2026

NewTimeSpace News: IMPACT THERAP-B (07630.HK) announced on 20 July that clinical data of three pipeline assets, namely senaparib, IMP1734 and IMP1707, have been accepted as poster presentations for the ESMO Congress 2026. Senaparib has been approved in China for first-line maintenance therapy of advanced ovarian cancer and included in the national medical insurance catalogue, with its European MAA filed and accepted by EMA. IMP1734 and IMP1707 are next-generation selective PARP1 inhibitors.

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 July 2026, IMPACT THERAP-B (07630.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. Clinical data from three core pipeline programmes of the Company have been selected for poster presentations at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress, covering three assets as follows:Updated PFS data from the FLAMES study of senaparib (IMP4297) as first-line maintenance therapy for advanced ovarian cancer;Multi-cohort Phase I/II data of selective PARP1 inhibitor IMP1734 (EIK1003), including monotherapy, combination with paclitaxel and combination with abiraterone;Preliminary first-in-human Phase I/II results of CNS-penetrant selective PARP1 inhibitor IMP1707 (EIK1004) in patients with HRR-mutant advanced solid tumours.

Senaparib (trade name: Paishuning®) is a novel self-developed PARP1/2 inhibitor of the Company. It obtained approval in China in January 2025 for first-line maintenance treatment of advanced ovarian cancer and was added to the National Reimbursement Drug List in December 2025. Its European Marketing Authorisation Application (MAA) has been accepted by the European Medicines Agency (EMA). IMP1734 is a highly selective PARP1 inhibitor, with Phase I results demonstrating low haematological toxicity and observable clinical anti-tumour activity. IMP1707 is designed to cross the blood-brain barrier; preclinical studies showed complete tumour regression and favourable brain penetration property.
