NewTimeSpace News: On 20 July 2026, ABLE DIGITAL (02687.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. The Company signed a framework cooperation agreement with Beijing Volcengine Technology Co., Limited on the same date.
The two sides will conduct deep synergy covering four key dimensions: LLM knowledge empowerment, virtual-real integrated practical training, AI audio-video interactive teaching and digital talent development. They will jointly explore industrial intelligent models that integrate industry expertise, AI technologies and physical real-world scenarios.
Specific cooperation directions are as follows: integrate Doubao LLM with the Company’s full-discipline and cross-industry knowledge system to build vertical large model capabilities; jointly research physical AI technology routes for embodied intelligence; upgrade AI audio-video interactive teaching products and develop one-stop online teaching solutions; deepen industry-education integration to cultivate talents for the digital industry.
Volcengine is the enterprise cloud and AI service platform under Douyin Co., Limited. The Company clarified that the framework agreement is non-binding, and formal separate contracts will be executed for specific cooperation projects. Volcengine and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent of ABLE DIGITAL (02687.HK) and its connected persons.
