NewTimeSpace News: On 17 July 2026,WebX Holding Group(00339.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Wang Daming (Executive Director), Ms. Yan Jia (Non-executive Director) and Mr. Chen Ming (Independent Non-executive Director) all resigned from their respective offices due to other business commitments, with effect from 17 July.

On the same date, Ms. Pang Chao En was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, while Ms. Zhang Aiping, Non-executive Director, was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
