NewTimeSpace News: On 17 July 2026, Sinotrans (00598.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company has received a resignation letter from Mr. Yang Guofeng. He stepped down from the position of Director due to work adjustment, effective 17 July, and will also cease to act as a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.
