B&K CORP-B (02396.HK): Chinese Corporate Name Changed from Huaren Bio-B to Qingcheng New Drug-B, New Stock Short Name Effective from 22 July
NewTimeSpace News: B&K CORP-B (02396.HK) announced that its full Chinese corporate name has been revised from Huaren Biotech (Qingdao) Co., Limited to Qingcheng New Drug Biotech (Qingdao) Co., Limited, effective 13 July 2026. The Chinese stock short name will switch from Huaren Biotech-B to Qingcheng New Drug-B for trading commencing at 9:00 a.m. on 22 July 2026, while stock code 02396 remains unchanged.

Following shareholders’ approval of the special resolution for the proposed name change at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 June 2026, the Company has completed industrial and commercial registration alteration formalities and obtained a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name for a Non-Hong Kong Company issued by the Hong Kong Companies Registry dated 13 July 2026.
The full Chinese corporate name has been updated from Huaren Biotech (Qingdao) Co., Limited to Qingcheng New Drug Biotech (Qingdao) Co., Limited, with the English corporate name unchanged.
With effect from 9:00 a.m. on 22 July 2026, the Chinese stock short name will be altered from Huaren Biotech-B to Qingcheng New Drug-B. The stock code 02396 will stay the same. The corporate website domain will also be updated from huarenshengwu.com to qingchengxinyao.com starting 14 August 2026.
