Prinx Chengshan (01809.HK): CEO Reshuffle – Che Baozhen Steps Down, Jiang Xizhou Appointed as President

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, Prinx Chengshan (01809.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Che Baozhen, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, will resign from the CEO position effective 1 August. He will remain as an Executive Director and focus on the Group’s global development strategic layout.

On the same day, Mr. Jiang Xizhou, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, was appointed as President, taking over all operational management responsibilities previously held by the CEO. According to the announcement, Mr. Jiang joined the Company in August 2019 and has held successive roles including Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Vice President and Executive Vice President. He has served as Chief Operating Officer since December 2024 and also acts as a director of the Group’s Shandong, Thailand and Malaysia subsidiaries.
