Haixi Pharmaceuticals (02637.HK): Non-executive Director Wang Xinkun Resigns; Chen Tingze Nominated as Candidate for Executive Director
NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, Haixi Pharmaceuticals(02637.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Wang Xinkun, Non-executive Director, tendered his resignation owing to job transfer. His resignation shall take effect after a new director is elected at the Company’s shareholders’meeting, and he confirmed no disagreements with the Board of Directors.
On the same date, following review and approval by the Nomination Committee, the Board nominated Mr. Chen Tingze as a candidate for Executive Director. His term of office shall commence upon his election at the shareholders’meeting and expire at the end of the term of the 2nd Board of Directors.
The announcement noted that Mr. Chen previously served as a Medical Representative at GlaxoSmithKline, Regional Manager at Hisun Pfizer, Provincial Director at Chengdu Kanghong, Regional Director at Zhejiang Medical Science & Technology Development, and General Manager of the Marketing Center at Zhonghuan Pharmaceutical Group. He joined the Company in March 2022 and currently holds the position of National Marketing General Manager. Since June 2025, he has concurrently served as Director and General Manager of Haixi Innovative Drug Development (Fuzhou).
