VIGONVITA-B (02630.HK): Completes H-share Full Tradability for 100 Million Shares, Trading Commences on 16 July

NewTimeSpace News: VIGONVITA-B (02630.HK) announced on 15 July that conversion of 100,220,667 domestic unlisted shares into H-shares has been completed. The converted H-shares will be listed on HKEX from 9:00 a.m. on 16 July. Upon completion, H-shares account for 99.58% of total issued shares, while remaining domestic unlisted shares represent 0.42%. Investors are advised to exercise caution.

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, VIGONVITA-B(02630.HK) issued an announcement stating that the conversion of 100,220,667 domestic unlisted shares into H-shares was completed on 15 July 2026. Such converted H-shares will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 16 July 2026.

Following the conversion, the number of the Company’s H-shares rises from 66,677,133 to 166,897,800, representing 99.58% of the total issued shares. Domestic unlisted shares are reduced to 700,000 shares (accounting for 0.42%). Participating shareholders may only trade the converted H-shares after completing applicable domestic procedural requirements.
