ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK): He Xuechu Appointed Executive Director and Co-Chairman, Former Executive Director & Chairman of Geely Auto

NewTimeSpace News: ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK) announced on 15 July that Mr. He Xuechu has been appointed Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board, effective 15 July 2026. He previously served as Chairman of Geely Auto and Hongqiao Group. Mr. He holds no shares in the Company and will join the Investment Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee. The Board will be jointly chaired by Zhang Hanjie and He Xuechu. He is subject to re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. He Xuechu has been appointed Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board, with effect from 15 July 2026.

Aged 63, Mr. He graduated from Anhui University of Finance and Economics in 1983. He previously worked at the Ministry of Commerce of China and China Resources Group. He served as Executive Director and Chairman of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (00175.HK) from 2002 to 2005, and Executive Director and Chairman of Hongqiao Group Limited (08137.HK) from 2007 to 2024. He has extensive investment experience across internet information technology, real estate, publishing, industrial manufacturing, mining and other sectors, with over 30 years of experience in corporate governance and financial management.

Mr. He does not hold any shares in the Company. His annual director’s fee amounts to HK$600,000 and he is subject to re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. He is also appointed as a member of the Investment Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee. The Board shall be jointly chaired by Zhang Hanjie and He Xuechu.
