Between 8 June 2026 and the date of this announcement, WEGO Group, the controlling shareholder, purchased 15,598,800 H Shares on the open market using its internal funds, representing roughly 0.34% of the Company’s total share capital.

Since 13 May 2026 to date, WEGO Group has accumulated a total purchase of 30,552,400 shares, equivalent to about 0.67% of WEGO Holdings’total issued share capital, at an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$101 million.
