Tian Tu Capital (01973.HK): Disposal of BeBeBus Shares for Proceeds of Approximately HK$16.09 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 July 2026, Tian Tu Capital (01973.HK) issued an announcement. The Company sold 481,500 BeBeBus shares at an average price of approximately HK$33.42 on 13 July, realizing cash proceeds of around HK$16.09 million (excluding transaction costs).

Following the disposal, the Group still holds approximately 5.30% equity interest in BeBeBus. Over the preceding 12 months, the Company had previously disposed of 2,083,900 BeBeBus shares and raised roughly HK$75.51 million in cash. In aggregate, the Company has sold a total of 2,565,400 shares with cumulative cash proceeds of about HK$91.60 million at an average selling price of HK$35.71 per share.
