UBTECH Robotics (09880.HK): H-Share Full Circulation Approved by HKEX, 5.45M Shares to Convert

newtimespace.com reports, UBTECH Robotics received HKEX approval on 9 July 2026 for its H-share full circulation, involving the conversion of 5.4539 million domestic shares held by four shareholders into H shares. Upon completion, H shares will increase from 85.96% to 87.05% of total share capital, while domestic shares will decrease from 14.04% to 12.95%. The company must complete the relevant conversion procedures.

newtimespace.com reports, UBTECH Robotics Corp Ltd (Stock Code: 9880) announced that the company applied to the Stock Exchange for the listing and permission to deal in 5,453,931 H shares (the "Converted H Shares"). The board is pleased to announce that on 9 July 2026, the Stock Exchange granted the listing approval.

The conversion and listing will involve an aggregate of 5,453,931 domestic shares held by four participating shareholders, including Hangzhou Hushan Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (3,169,371 shares, 0.63%), Shenzhen Evolution Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (967,720 shares, 0.19%), Ningbo Xiangshi Xiren Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (757,440 shares, 0.15%), and Xia Yongjun (559,400 shares, 0.11%). Upon completion of the conversion and listing, domestic shares will decrease from 70,665,977 to 65,212,046, representing 12.95% (down from 14.04%); H shares will increase from 432,735,396 to 438,189,327, representing 87.05% (up from 85.96%). The company is required to complete the relevant conversion and transaction procedures for the Converted H Shares.
