NewTimeSpace News: Pizu Groupannounced on 10 July that Mr. Hu Jingqiang resigned as Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Dr. Wei Lai has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Director and member of all the aforesaid committees.

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 July 2026, Pizu Group(09893.HK) issued an announcement. Mr. Hu Jingqiang, Independent Non-executive Director, tendered his resignation as Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, as he intends to devote more time to other business engagements. He confirmed that there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors.

On the same day, Dr. Wei Lai was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director and member of all the above committees.
