According to the agreement, the placing agent conditionally agreed to use its best endeavors to procure placees to subscribe for in total 35.6 million shares placement, which represent approximately 11.35% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 10.19% after the subscription.
The placement price per share is HKD 268. The total proceeds from the placement are estimated to be about HKD 9.54 billion. After deducting the placement commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HKD 9.49 billion.
