Aged 48, Mr Wang possesses over 15 years of experience in internet technology services. He founded Beijing Delixintong Technology Co., Ltd. in August 2010 and has served as its General Manager since inception. As at the date of the announcement, he holds 100% equity interest in Lunaris Investment Limited, through which he is interested in 54,620,000 shares of the Company, representing approximately 19.5% of the issued share capital.
Aged 44, Ms Zheng Meicheng is the younger sister of Mr Zheng Dinggang, substantial shareholder and former Chairman of the Company, with monthly remuneration of HK$150,500. She entered into a one-year service agreement with the Company on 6 June 2026. Her shareholding information is not disclosed in the announcement.
