361 Degrees (01361.HK): Change of Independent Non-executive Director, Chan Yee Fong Appointed

NewTimeSpace News: 361 Degrees announced on July 8 that Ms. Ferheen Mahomed has resigned as an independent non-executive director and ceased to be a member of the nomination committee. On the same day, the Board appointed Ms. Chan Yee Fong as an independent non-executive director, who will serve as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee.

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 July 2026, 361 Degrees (01361.HK) issued an announcement. To optimize the qualifications and composition of members of the audit committee, the Board invited Ms. Ferheen Mahomed, an independent non-executive director with legal background, to join the audit committee. Ms. Ferheen Mahomed stated that she had insufficient time and capacity to undertake additional work responsibilities and therefore tendered her resignation as independent non-executive director and member of the nomination committee, effective 8 July.

On the same date, the Board appointed Ms. Chan Yee Fong as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee.
