GUOXIA TECH(02655.HK): Signs Strategic Framework Agreement with Sweden’s Rocmore Energy to Expand European Energy Storage Market
NewTimeSpace News: Guoxia Technology Co., Ltd. (02655.HK) announced that it entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Rocmore Energy AB at the end of June 2026. The two parties intend to establish a long-term strategic partnership, integrating the Group’s energy storage solutions with Rocmore’s Nordic projects to jointly serve the Nordic region and broader European markets.
NewTimeSpace News: Guoxia Technology Co., Ltd. issued a voluntary announcement dated 7 July 2026. The Company executed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Rocmore Energy AB at end-June 2026 to build long-term strategic cooperation. The parties will combine the Group’s energy storage solutions with Rocmore’s Nordic project resources to jointly develop business across Nordic countries and the wider European market.
If Rocmore identifies projects requiring the supply of the Group’s products, it will provide project overviews and procurement plans in a timely manner, and the Group will arrange production and delivery in accordance with agreed terms. Specific product specifications, quantities, unit prices and other details shall be subject to separate written purchase contracts to be signed subsequently.
The initial term of the framework cooperation agreement is three years, renewable upon mutual consent of both parties. Rocmore Energy AB is a Sweden-registered company engaged in the development and construction of energy storage systems to deliver grid frequency support services, with expertise and experience in renewable energy real estate development, project management and electrical equipment.
This framework agreement is a non-binding letter of intent, which sets no minimum procurement volume or exclusive supply obligations. As at the date of this announcement, no formal or legally binding contracts have been executed between the two parties.
