NANHUA FUTURES(02691.HK): Resolution to Close Harbin Business Department; Businesses to Be Undertaken by Heilongjiang Branch
NewTimeSpace News: Nanhua Futures Co.,Ltd. (02691.HK) announced that to further optimise its network layout of business outlets and integrate operating resources, the Company has resolved to close its Harbin Business Department, with all its businesses to be taken over by the Heilongjiang Branch.
NewTimeSpace News: Nanhua Futures Co.,Ltd. issued an overseas regulatory announcement dated 7 July 2026. To further optimise the layout of business outlets, integrate operating resources and improve overall service efficiency, the Company has decided to close the Harbin Business Department, and all its businesses will be undertaken by the Heilongjiang Branch.
In compliance with the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Futures Companies and other relevant regulations, the Company will properly handle client assets of the branch, settle relevant businesses and terminate the operation premises.
The above matter is still subject to filing with the local dispatched institution of the China Securities Regulatory Commission where the business department is located, and relevant formalities such as industrial and commercial deregistration shall be completed in a timely manner.
